Substitution clarification:
If you remove a starting player and substitute him, then if you want to re-enter the starting player later, he must go in for who substituted him so batting order does not change. When the starting player re-enters back in the game he can only go in for the substitute that replaced him, then that sub is done for the entire game from that point on.
The Team that substitutes must inform the ump and scorekeeper from the opposing team.
