Directions to fields

Swan Creek:
Take M-46 west to M-52. Make left on M-52 south. Follow M-52 to Lakefield rd. Make a left on Lakefield and the parks is on the South side of the road. Diamonds are in the park.

Hemlock:
Take M-46 west to the light in Hemlock. Make a right on Hemlock road. Park is across from High School.  Diamonds are in the park.

Bridgeport:
Ball Diamonds are at Liberty Park.  Click here for maps

Carrollton:
 Field Directions:   N. Michigan to Church Street; Turn East on Carla Drive; Drive past the elementary & middle schools (on left side) & St. John’s Parish Center (on right side).  Field is on the right side of the road, just past the school & parish center.  .

Birch Run PFY: (Burt Park)
- From M-46-  Take M-46 east to M13. Go south on M-13 to Burt Rd. (There is a BP Station on the corner and the road only goes left) Turn left and go down about 1.5 miles. The park is on the right. The ball diamond is the closest to the road.

- From I-75-  Take I-75 south to exit 136. (Birch Run exit) Head towards the Outlets, continue west until you come to Nichols Rd. (about 7miles) Turn left on Nichols Rd. Take it south to Burt Rd. Make a right (West) on Burt rd. The park will be on the left. The ball diamond is the closest to the road.

Swan Valley:
Take M-46 to Miller Rd. Go south on Miller to OHern rd. Go right (west) on OHern to the baseball fields on the North side of the road, just past the High School. The ball diamond is next to the girls Varsity Softball fields.
